Thanks for shopping at TeeFusion. We make bold tees, and we deliver them the same way — reliably, and without the drama.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be picked up on the next business day. We'll keep you posted.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all addresses within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions as per local regulations. We reserve the right to cancel orders or request additional information where required.
3. Shipping Partners & Rates
We work with trusted courier partners to get your order to you safely. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your location and package details.
Shipping rates, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location — so you'll see the exact cost before you confirm your order.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are shared with you at checkout. While we do our best to meet these timelines, actual delivery may vary due to factors outside our control — weather, courier delays, acts of the universe, etc.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account on our website.
6. Damaged or Defective Orders — Important
Please record an unboxing video the moment your package arrives. If your order shows up damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — reach out to us immediately at sales@teefusion.co.in with your video or photos. We'll make it right.
